Simha is an action backdrop and intense family drama based movie. In which, Nandamuri Balakrishna, Nayantara, Namitha and Sneha Ullal in the lead roles and also Balakrishna is said to be playing a dual role in this movie.

Paruchuri Kireeti has produced the film under the banner of United Movies. Boyapati Sreenu has written the story and directed the film. Chakri has scored the music.
