Born July 26, Mugdha Godse is from Pune and did her B.Com. from [MMCC College]] (Pune University).

In 2002, she was the 1st Runner Up at the Gladrags Mega Model Contest and winner of the Miss Body Beautiful contest. At the Ponds Femina Miss India Contest, 2004, she won the Miss Perfect 10.
