Kaakha Kaakha movie is all about Anbuchelvan (Surya) who is part of a group of four police officers who work battling organized crime in Chennai. Violent and laconic, he finds little patience for a personal life, until he turns hero in the eyes of schoolteacher Maya (Jyothika), and embarks on a little romance.
