However they cannot pay the money and plead for two days' time. They suspect Kiran, the security guard as the culprit. Babu gets jailed along with his friend. However, he befriends the jailer (Jayaprakash Reddy) and a notorious criminal (Sayaji Shinde). At this juncture, a man (Jeeva) enters and ensures their release. They come to know that another criminal Nayeem was behind the robbery and Suspecting links between the criminal in the jail and Nayeem, Babu beseeches his help and he obliges. Babu and his friend along with Nayeem surrender themselves and the money in the court . The film ends on a happy note with the union of all the friends.
Nikhil has stolen the limelight and won the hearts of audiences with his performance. He has shown excellent ease in all the scenes including action, dances, love and romantic scenes with the heroine. In fact, he has shouldered the entire responsibility of running the entire show. The other artistes who play friends to him have also done justice to their roles, while Jayaprakash Reddy, Sayaji Shinde, Narsing Yadav and Jeeva are okay in their characters. Dialogues by director Parasuram are good in parts. Especially, the one liners on friendship have gone well with the audiences. Camera by Jaswant is also okay.
The director's selection of the hero is okay, but he has failed to rope in a good heroine. Aksha is neither too glamorous nor a good actress. She is indeed a big minus for the film. Of course, she has done the romantic scenes with ease, but it will not suffice. Especially, for a hero like Nikhil she has failed to fit the bill. The director has failed to make use of big artistes like Jayaprakash Reddy and Sayaji Shinde properly. They just provide comic relief to the audiences. Marthand has wasted his seniority by leaving several unnecessary scenes in the second half. Lyrics by Krishna Chaitanya are just okay and only a couple of songs are foot-tapping. Manisharma's music is passable.
Though the second half is a little nagging, the director has kept an unexpected twist there, beyond the imagination of the audiences and thereby succeeded in his attempt in making the film interesting till the end. He has given a feel that one of the friends is the culprit though he mentions that a notorious criminal was injured, which goes unnoticed as the audiences watch the film casually. Nobody suspects the twist there itself. As a whole the film is okay and debutant director Parasuram has proved that he could deliver a good film by maintaining good suspense. Nikhil has also earned good marks with his performance, though he has not proved himself in his second film Ankith Pallavi and Friends where he plays a solo hero.
