Eega release: SS Rajamouli set for litmus test
Director SS Rajamouli is now all set for a litmus test as his most-anticipated movie Eega starring Sudeep, Nani and Samantha in the lead roles, has hit the theatres across the globe today (July 6). Although he is very confident about the success of the film at the Box Office, he is a bit nervous to know about the viewers' response.

Early this morning, SS Rajamouli took to his Twitter page to thank everyone for their love and support. The director tweeted, "A big thanks for all those who have been supportive for the last 2 yrs.i must confess it gave me lot of strength.as the film is (sic)." Meanwhile, he added, "Taking the litmus test today, hoping I'll live upto ur expectations.enjoy the show!! I'll rest for a while."

Eega, which is being released as Naan Ee in Tamil and Eecha in Malayalam, has been written and directed by SS Rajamouli. This live action graphical movie is all about the revenge of a house fly, who is the hero of the film. The story is that villain kills the hero, who is reborn as Eega (fly), who happens to remember what happened in its last birth. How Eega irritates the villain and takes revenge will form the rest of the story.

However, the much-hyped movie Eega has been making it to the headlines for all good reasons ever since SS Rajamouli announced. The film has been made with Rs 30 crore and its special effects, which are its major highlight, have created a lot of curiosity among the film goers. The brand name of the director, whose previous movies are all blockbusters, has boosted the viewers even more. Now, it should be seen whether Eega will meet their expectations or not.
