The much-hyped movie of the year, Vedam, is all set to hit the silver screen this Friday. The multi-starrer film features Allu Arjun, Manchu Manoj, Anushka Shetty, Manoj Bajpai,Lekha Washington, Siya Gautham and Deeksha Seth in cast. The movie is said to be releasing worldwide on June 04 with 350 plus prints.
Allu Arjun is playing as Cable Raju, a slum youth. Manchu Manoj will be seen as Vivek Chakravarthy, who has played the character of budding rock star. Anushka is portraying a role of Saroja, a sex worker, for the first time in her career. Manoj Bajpai's character has not been revealed yet. Vedam is a cocktail of five different stories. Each character in the film would be quite different and interesting.
MM Keeravani has scored the music for the film Vedam. The movie has eight songs, where music director himself has penned four lyrics and Sirivennela Seetarama Sastry, E.S. Murthy and others have written remaining songs. The music has already good response from the audience. The songs like 'Now Or Never..., 'Egiripothe Entha Baaguntundi...,' 'Rupaay...' have already created waves in the industry.
Besides direction, Krish has penned story, screenplay and dialogues. Vedam has been produced by Prasad Devineni and Shobu Yarlagadda under the banner of Arka Media Works. Gnanasekhar VN has handled the camera, editing is by Sravan K, art is by Raviv Nair, action is by Ram-Laxman. Posani Krishnamurali, Raghubabu, Raviprakash, Satyam Rajesh and others are in the cast.
