The first schedule of Ramdev directed by Basheed and produced by SK Karimunnisa under the banner of SBK Films Pvt Ltd with Abbas, Akash, Saikiran, Gracy Singh and Archana in the lead, is progressing in Hyderabad and its surrounding areas.

Giving details to the media, the director said, “The regular shooting of the film began on January 19 and it will continue till February 11. The next schedule would be in March. There are a total of seven songs in the movie and four of them have been planned to be choreographed in Australia. Abbas is playing Ram, while Akash is playing Dev. Saikiran is playing a negative role. It is a triangular love story. The film would stand as a synonym to the relationship between a couple. We are planning to release the film in May." While Gracy Singh is playing opposite Abbas, Archana is doing a glamorous role.

Paruchuri Gopalakrishna, Manju Bhargavi, Kavita, Hema, Ali, Geeta Singh, Surya, Venu, Chitram Sreenu, Sattenna, Dasanna and others are in the cast. Music is by MM Srilekha, camera is by Vijayasri, dialogue assistance is by Uday Bhagavatula, while story, screenplay, dialogues and direction are by Sk Basheed.
