The first copy of Kumbhakonam directed by KS Prasad and produced by Lanka Rajasekhar under the banner of Manasa Films with Brahmaji playing the lead role is ready and the film is all set to hit the screen very soon.
Director KS Prasad says, "How a strict police officer busts a big scam in the society is the basic subject of the movie. The film has lots of commercial elements. We are making efforts to release the film in September."
Sanjay Raj, Monika Choudary, Lanka Rajasekhar, Ramireddy, Raghunatha Reddy, Kota Sankara Rao, Narasimha Raju and others are in the cast. Story and dialogues are by Srikumar, camera is by Kankanala Srinivasa Reddy, music is by Kishan Bhavadiya, while Rajulapudi Koteswara Rao is the presenter of the flick.
