Jallu is the title confirmed for a film directed by VV Narayana, presented by Recharla Bhuvan Samrat and produced by Recharla Subhash Naidu under the banner of Recharla Movie Creations with Jayant Recharla and Prerana in the lead.
Director comments, "The title would be very apt for the subject. It is the story of a youth who wants to pursue MS. However, his life takes several twists after the entry of a girl into his life. The music scored by Nihal would be an added attraction. There are a total of six songs in the film. Shooting of the entire film was done in Hyderabad and we have kept the youth in mind while portraying the lead characters."
According to the producer, "We had launched the shooting on September 1 and had completed it recently. Post-production works are at full swing. We are making efforts to launch the audio on January 25 and release the film on Valentines Day, February 14."
Jayanth remarks, 'I am confident that I would get a good break with my debut film itself." Heroine Prerana comments, 'I am making a debut into the Telugu films with this movie. All the unit members have been quite cordial and my character has also been moulded well. I am sure that the film would earn me a good name."
Rallapalli, MS Narayana, Venumadhav, Melkote, Anant, Chitram Sreenu, Bharat Reddy, Dhanraj, Rao Ramesh, Chanti, Madhurya and others are in the cast.
