Gautham Menon who has been making the Tamil movie Vinnaithandi Varuvaayaa with Simbu and Trisha has launched the Telugu version of with none other than Naga Chaitanya, the son of Nagarjuna in the lead role. A simple pooja was held at Annapoorna Studios, Hyderabad. A newcomer is expected to play the lead heroine in the movie.
The Telugu version is to be produced by Manjulaunder the banner of Indira Creations and will be shot in the picturesque loactions like Kerala, Hyderabad and in New York. Nagarjuna's family, Superstar Krishna and Rama Naidu graced the occasion with their presence. The movie is slated to hit the screens in December 2009.
