Shooting and post-production formalities are complete for Drona directed by J Karunkumar, a protege of SS Rajamouli. Presented by D Saraswati and produced by DS Rao under the banner of Saikrishna Productions with Nitin and Priyamani in the lead, the movie is all set for release on February 20. The last song was canned at Ramoji Film City recently.
Giving details, the producer said, “We have made the entire film in the Digital Intermediate pattern. We released the audio into the market recently and it has got a very good response. The film is coming up as a mass entertainer and the highest budget film in Nitin's career. Our hero too has given a brilliant performance. Especially the scenes involving Mukhesh Rushi, Sita, Nitin and Priyamani would attract the audiences. Like never before in her career, Priyamani has played the most glamorous role in this film. An item song with Rakhi Sawant is an added attraction."
Kelly Dorge, Dr Siva Prasad, Bob Anthony, Sunil, Ali, MS Narayana, Raghubabu, Devisri and others are in the cast. Music is by Anoop Rubens.
