The film KPHB Colony has completed post-production and is awaiting for censor clearance. MS Vikram and Madhavi are in the lead. The film will be released by the end of January. The story is about a murder that takes place at KPHB colony and the police officer investigates the murder.

The film is a horror cum suspense mystery. Preethi Nigam, Hari Prasad, Ram Jagan, Chithram BaVizag Prasad and others are in the star cast. Music is by Sreenivas and Mandem Sridhar is the director.
