The shooting of Sawaal directed by the dynamic lady director B Jaya, and produced by Thota Venkateswara Reddy under the banner of Sri Sai Rupa Creations with Bharat of 10th Class-fame and Suhani in the lead, was launched at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad on August 23. Director K Raghavendra Rao gave the clap, while Maheshbabu switched on the camera for the muhurat shot picturised under the honorary direction of noted director cum producer Tammareddy Bharadwaja.
Director Jaya said, 'We are introducing Suhani, who had played as child artiste in over 40 films, as a heroine through this movie. The film will have action and entertainment. I am sure that the film will become a big hit and earn me a reputation as a commercial director this time. Joyce Gift is scoring music for the movie. Hero Bharat, heroine Suhani, producer Thota Venkateswara Reddy, and others also spoke on the occasion.
Jaya had earlier directed films like Chantigadu, Primikulu and Gundammagari Manavadu.Vinay is making his debut as villain with this movie. Sayaji Shinde will play a prominent role in the film.
