While several heavy budget films were falling flat at Box Offfice, two films are still catching the attention of all the film lovers. There are high expectations of both these films in the film industry as well as among the fans and film buffs. Of them one is Rakhee which is going to hit the screen on December 22. The second is Annavaram to be released a week later on December 29.
Already these two films had created a sensation as far as business. The audio rights of Rakhee was reportedly purchased for Rs 30 lakhs by Supreme Audio, the Annavaram audio rights were bagged by Aditya Music for Rs 70 lakhs. It is quite natural that the audiocassettes and CDs of popular heroes' films hit the stands almost four weeks before the release of the film and the audio of Rakhee was released some time ago. Supreme Audio is claiming that it had already recovered 50% of its investment within two to three weeks. If the film proved a hit, the audio sales would go up further, the sources claim. The Annavaram audio is getting good response from the audiences. Meanwhile, the satellite rights of Rakhee was bagged by Zee Telugu channel for Rs 1.40 crores, according to film trade sources. This is the highest rate ever bagged by a film of NTR. Likewise, the Zee Telugu had also bagged the satellite rights of Annavaram for a highest amount. Even, Prabhas-starrer Yogi satellite rights were also sold at Rs 1 crore to the same channel. With the whopping prices of satellite rights, the expectations on those films are going up further. If the investors of these films had to find a smile on the face, they should prove big hits at box office.
