Sanchalanam is a action oriented movie. In which, Nancharamma (kinnera) attemts to commit suicide but Vikram (Kamalakar) a young brave man saves her from that but police officer Nandagopal (Saikumar) arrest Vikram for unknow reason, rest of the story deals with why Nancharamma commits suicide and why Nandagopal arrests Vikram.
