A recent call to Karan Kundra revealed that the doting boyfriend is missing his girl, Kritika, as she has suddenly taken off to her hometown, Delhi. Says Karan, "Actually, her mom had been hospitalized as she was suffering from Typhoid and Dengue. So Kritika rushed over there to take care of her. I'm missing her a lot... but right now her family needs her."
Kritika's fans already know that the charming young lady is very close to her family and values them above all else. We called up Kritz to find out how she was holding up and here's what she had to say: "I was totally taken aback when I received a call from home saying that my mom is in the hospital. I just left everything and came over. The good news is that she has now been discharged and is back home, resting. But she still can't go around doing housework, and I wouldn't want her to. So I've been trying to be a helping hand in cooking and all. Luckily, my family is very close-knit, so everyone is pitching in and helping out in taking care of my mother and the home."
We certainly appreciate the fact that the girl has her priorities straight, family sure comes first for Kritika. "This is one thing I really like about her," dotes Karan, "She is a very sensitive and caring girl and she would do anything for her family. I wish I could be there too but, well. Hope her mom gets well soon!"

Meanwhile, back here in Mumbai, Balaji Telefilms is gearing up for the sequel of Karan and Kritiika's hit show, 'Kitani Mohabbat Hai', and fans are desperately waiting to see Arohi back on the screen. "I know!" she squeals, "Everyone keeps asking me what the story is going to be and so on, all I can say is that Karan and I are equally excited and waiting for the show to start. As for the story, why spoil the surprise by finding out in advance? It would be more fun to see how the drama actually unfolds."
