Rakhi and Mandira in disguise show

The first ever show of its kind Aree Deewano Mujhe Pehchano has kick started entertaining viewers as they watch celebrities in tricky disguises playing pranks on unsuspecting victims. This Saturday, the gorgeous Mandira Bedi, the sultry Shweta Keswani, the extremely talented Mahesh Manjerekar & the dancing diva Rakhi Sawant, showcase their talent in evoking reactions from people as they confront them in various situations. Host Kavita Kaushik and the lovable Gadhashri add to the fun as the gags and the stand up acts play out on the show. Arre Deewano Mujhe Pehchano will air on Saturday at 10 pm, only on Star Plus.

For the first time ever in the history of Indian television, STAR Plus brings to fore a new technology animated interactive character - 'Gadhashri' who will provide the 'vishesh tippani' or special comments on the performances. There will be internal voting among the celebrities in which each one chooses the best act and crowns the celebrity who has performed the act as 'Sabse Bada Behrupiya'.


Mandira Bedi, the versatile actress, anchor & commentator, dresses up as a fan of the popular actor Sachin Shroff. Sachin is invited to meet his big gest fan from Gujarat and after the meeting, Mandira in disguise declares that it's not Sachin Shroff that she actually wanted to meet but Sachin Tyagi. This puts Sachin in an uncomfortable situation without realising that the fan is none other than Mandira in disguise.

The second act of Mahesh Manjrekar will have viewers in splits as he poses to be an old patient who recites boring poetry to his grandson's girlfriend and gets a massive heart attack. The distressed girlfriend has to deal with the situation alone. Though tough to pull off, Mahesh's versatility makes it easy to frighten the lady as she wonders how to deal with the situation.

The next disguise queen is Shweta Keswani, who enacts the character of a rude television channel head who pulls a prank on the noted stand - up comedian Sanjay Sanvra. She tricks him as he displays all his talent to bag the role of a show host.

The captivating and hugely popular Rakhi Sawant plays a demented mother - in - law tied in handcuffs and fool an unwitting salesperson. The dancing diva turns the heat on the salesman who looks to run out from the situation at every opportunity. Star Plus brings you a dream come true reality show - free from cliches, emotional outbursts at eliminations and unnecessary melodrama.
