Popular television actress Gurdeep Kohli, who is known for her popular roles as Dr. Juhi Singh in Star TV serial Sanjivani and Vedika on Zee TVs serial Sindoor Tere Naam Ka, seems to have good musical taste. Now, she tells about her favourite music and songs.

Which songs are you enjoying most these days?
I like the latest Bollywood music which is really enjoyable.

Which film songs from recent releases have appealed you most?
Songs from Race.

What do you like most- original or remix?
I like original songs, but remix is also good. It entertains us for few minutes. But if you talk about original, it stands for long and it's not going to fade away.

Which are your five all time favourite songs?
There are a lot of them but at present I can recollect "Peheli Najar Me" from Race, "Khwaja" from Jodhaa Akbar.

Which is your favourite romantic song?
"Ae Kaash Ke Hum"... from the Movie Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa.

Which opinion is most close to your heart- 'Today's songs are better then oldies', 'Today's songs are as good as oldies', or 'Today's songs are worse than oldies'.
I will not go with any of these options because today's songs are of course good and they entertain us a lot but for few days. After that, we forget them whereas old songs have their own melody which lasts forever and they are really good to listen to. So, we can't compare the two of them.

How do you look at the concept- Old is Gold?
It's very true.
