There has been a lot written in the media when Ronit Roy entered 'Kasamh Se' after the leap. The media gave Ram Kapoor aka Jai Walia an inferiority complex and nearly created a virtual cold war between these two Ekta Kapoor favorites.

The reports even went to the extend of stating that Ram was on a strict diet and exercising regime because he felt that his belly was now a threat to his popularity when compared to the fit and tone body of Ronit aka Aparajit Deb.

Well, their screen images might not be friendly, but in reality, Ronit and Ram get along like a house on fire. "Contrary to what people think, I am very happy that Ronit is now doing the show with me. He is like an elder brother to me. We have similar interests in clothes, cars, gadgets and hence we bond really well and I finally have someone with whom I can be myself," says Ram.

Showering his praise on Ram, Ronit goes on to say, "Even the boss, Ekta, remarked that Ram is a better actor between the two of us and I could agree more".

We do not wish to comment on the acting skills, but we sure hope that this friendship lasts for long!
