[an error occurred while processing this directive]Saa Boo Thiri is the film directed by debutant Arshad Khan on the plot about three friends in search of their identity and the comical happenings in the process. Most of the scenes of the movie clearly shows that the director has copied it from half a dozen Bollywood and Hollywood movies.
Three young men Keerthi (Prajan) an IT professional married to Jo (Saraa), Bala (Akshay) a rich guy who is in love with a TV anchor (Pinky), and Pal (director Arshad Khan) a student with a roving eye for 'aunties" live in the same area. They meet most of the time and discuss their romantic life.
Pal (Arshad Khan), Keerthy (Prajan) and Akshay (Bala) live in the same apartment. Pal runs behind women who are elder to him (Aunties!), while Akshay keeps changing his lovers. Keerthy and Jo (Saara) are married couple but don't see eye-to-eye and enters into deep trouble. They divert their attention to online and mobile phones. What happens in their lives is what the movie is all about...
The main defect of the film is the story and uncomfortable script. There is nothing to mention about Ujjainee and Mithuna's performance. Their body language and expressions are just amateurish. None of the actors who played the lead roles are looking impressive. Most of the scenes have been straightly lifted from Bollywood films like Dil Chahta Hai, even including dialogues. Because of this the film lacks the typical Tamil touch. The music is bad and the second half is repetitive and too long with predictable scenes and climax.
