After a long break Vijaya T.Rajendar, who is fondly called T.R., is playing a prominent role in the movie Veerasamy. Even though he plays the dominant role, newcomer Aziz is the hero of this movie. T. Rajendar is handling story, screenplay, dialogue, lyrics, music, direction and production.

Mumtaj and Meghna Naidu are playing the female lead roles. It was Rajendar who introduced Mumtaj in the movie Monisha En Monalisa. Meghna Naidu pairs with Aziz, the newcomer.

T. Rajendar is playing the role of an advocate. He wins cases with his brilliant ideas and actions. Mumtaj dons a different character in this movie. The characters of Aziz and Meghna Naidu are kept secret in order to maintain the suspense until the movie is released.

It is heard that Mumtaj has reduced her weight to suit her role in this movie. The trailer of this movie suggests that it is a racy entertainer with a fast moving screenplay.

"Veerasamy will have all the ingredients: action, romance, comedy and sentiment", says T.R. This movie will be released for Pongal.
