Dawood Being Done Without My Consent: Shruti Hassan

Shruti Hassan, who had left impact with her role in Bollywood movie D-Day, is unhappy because the film is being dubbed in Tamil without her consent. She has disassociated from the project and has said that the makers of the film have breached the contract.

In a press release, Shruti Hassan said, "I am disassociating myself from the release of D-Day in Tamil called Dawood as it is being done without my consent or approval and is a clear breach of contract." Now, the actress is getting ready to take legal action against the movie bosses.

Shruti Hassan adds, "We will be taking a legal action on this issue. As soon as the paperwork is done, I will release the details to the press for further clarification."

D-Day was directed by Nikhil Advani and produced by DAR Motion Pictures. Arjun Rampal, Irrfan Khan, Rishi Kapoor, Huma Qureshi, Sandeep Kulkarni and others were in the cast. The film had received thumbs up from critics in large. Many critics felt that the Hindi film was an amalgamation of some amazing performances and superlative narration. But the collections of the film was not encouraging.

Meanwhile, Shruti Hassan has multiple movies in her hands. The latest film development from her professional front is, Mani Ratnam has approached her for a bilingual movie.
