Vijay's fans and general audience are surprised to see that his Jilla is not having much publicity. For the first time in the recent years, an Illayathalapathy flick is keeping low profile, which has raised many questions in the mind of industry insiders. There are many speculations doing rounds, but one reason that is being speculated is the experience that the actor had for his last flick Thalaivaa.

Yes, Thalaivaa had to face a lot of troubles during the release. Like Vishwaroopam, the Tamil flick underwent certain issues that eventually cost big time for the film at the Box Office. His last movie was highly publicised and the expectations were sky high for the film to perform. The movie, which was coming with the tagline - Time to Lead - was forced to change its caption due to political pressure.

External Pressure

There was external pressure from political groups to force the makers of Thalaivaa to change the caption. It was only after the film team dropped the tagline, the film was allowed to screen the film.

Shocking Part

The shocking part of the story is that nobody knew what exactly was happening for Thalaivaa. However, the state government had denied its hand over the ban on the film.

Jilla Boss Won't Commit Same Mistake

Now,the makers of forthcoming Jilla doesn't want to commit the same mistake of Thalaivaa. Hence they are not publicising the film. They don't want unnecessary attention.
