In recent months, many classics have been remade in Tamil film industry. Notable among them is Rajinikanth's Sivaji - The Boss. The superstar's movie, which was the biggest hit of its time, was re-released in 3D format. Now, Sivaji Ganeshan and Vanisri's Vasantha Maligai is ready to appear before the audience in a colour format. Well, BV Murali and C Srinivasulu of Sai Ganesh Films have digitally restored Vasantha Maligai (Joyful Palace) in cinemascope. The good response received for Sivaji's Karnan, which was released last year, has made them to restore this movie, which had broken many Box Office records then.
