Samantha, who lost two big movies like Mani Ratnam's Kadal and Shankar's I due to her bad health in succession, seems to be making up for those projects. Well, the gorgeous lass has bagged a Hindi film to be directed by Prabhu Deva.

The buzz is that Prabhu Deva is all set to remake his blockbuster Telugu movie Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana in Hindi. The original movie starred Siddharth and Trisha Krishnan in the leads and it was also remade in Tamil by Jayam Raja. The Kollywood version was titled Something Something... Unakkum Enakkum, which featured Jayam Ravi and Trisha.

Prabhu Deva, who is still basking in the success of Rowdy Rathore, a remake of Siruthai, is gearing up to remake the film in Hindi. The choreographer-turned-director has reportedly offered the film to Samantha and she is yet to give her nod. The actress, who is currently undergoing acne treatment, has to complete a few Telugu films before signing this project, which is expected to take off in September.

Other details about the project are under wraps.
