Superstar Rajinikanth attended the wedding reception of director-turned-actor Jyothi Krishna on Monday (November 26). The event was held at the Leela Palace, Chennai.
Rajinikanth blessed Jyothi Krishna and Aishwarya and wished them good luck. He had come alone and had a good time spending with his industry friends last evening. He gifted a flower bouquet to the newly married couple. Later, he was seen chatting with Ajith Kumar, Surya and others.

Rajinikanth was not seen in his usual white-and-white outfit rather the superstar arrived to the venue in a casual wear.

However, director and the son of producer AM Rathnam, Jyothi Krishna married Aishwarya at a grand function on November 23. The wedding was attended by some of the big names of Tamil film industry including Kamal Hassan, Vivek, director Shankar, Vishnuvardhan and Ajith Kumar.

The marriage function was limited to family members and close friends but the Rathnam family invited almost entire industry for the reception.

On the professional front, Jyothi Krishna is yet to create a brand for himself. Though he has directed a few films and made his acting debut in Ooh La La La, which was directed by himself, he is due for a commercial hit.
