Speaking to a leading daily, Kamal Hassan denied Vishwaroopam being overshot, which is making him to do the sequel. The actor also clarified that as he felt that the film could be told in two instalments instead of making the audience to sit in theatres for three and a half hours.
However, Vishwaroopam, which is expected to hit the screens on July 12, is a spy-thriller written, directed and produced by Kamal Hassan. The film features Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah, Rahul Bose, Jaideep Ahlawat, Samrat Chakrabarti and others in the cast. While Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy is composing the music, Sanu Varghese is handling the camera.
