For all those Rajinikanth's fans, here comes a surprising new. It is not Rana or Sultan but Kochadaiyaan is the Tamil superstar's next movie, which will also mark the directorial debut of his daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth.
Soundarya Rajinikanth announced the news on Twitter. She wrote, “THE ANNOUNCEMENT- Appa's next, Kochadaiyyan. Thrilled, Grateful n excited to be directing my father, THE RAJINIKANTH (thaliavaaaaaaaaa)."
Sources say that KS Ravikumar will supervise the film. Kochadaiyaan is a high-tech 3D, which is produced by Eros International & Media One. The forthcoming movie will be released in August 2012.
However, Rajinikanth's delayed project Rana will restart the shooting after the completion of Kochadaiyaan. Other details are under wraps.
