Followed by the grand success of Aayirathil Oruvan, director Selvaraghavan is now busy shooting for his next untitled film, starring Vikram in a leading role. The recent reports stated that Selvaraghavan will join hands with Yuvan Shankar Raja for his upcoming films. But the director confirms saying, “I have no idea about working with Yuvan Shankar Raja in future projects. I am immensely impressed by G.V. Prakash"s musical score in Aayirathil Oruvan and he will tune melodies for Vikram"s film as well."
Adding more about his long-awaited Maalai Nerathu Mayakkam starring Dhanush and Andrea in lead roles, Selvaraghavan confirms that the project has been dropped due to some unavoidable issues. When queried about the secret of his success, he said, “Every filmmaker should experiment with different scripts and genres. I would like to advise the wannabe filmmakers that they must start penning more scripts and craft gripping screenplays for them. Before approaching any filmmaker or producer, they must be ready with more scripts so as to be confident."
