Actor Vijay has confirmed his political entry once again at a public meeting held in Pudukkottai recently.
According to the actor, he will be setting foot into politics very soon, once his recently launched people's movement reaches its high.
This announcement was made at the inauguration of a computer centre in Pudukkottai, which was organized by his fans.
Vijay commented, "Everybody wants my newly formed 'Makkal Iyakkam' (people's movement) to become a political movement soon and I am also interested in it.
I am getting ready for this now. Unlike cinema, politics needs a lot of ground work and I am preparing myself for that.
Now I am reading the writings of Gandhi and Nehru about politics and how to behave towards others. Tolerance is very important for a politician. Now I'm learning all these things through the experiences of our legendary politicians...."
