Pyramid Saimira launches audio of 2 movies

Producer P.S. Swaminathan of Pyramid Saimira is back in business after a long sabbatical. The production house which incurred heavy losses in film production and distribution eventually had to drop down 10 projects which were in the midst of production. But now, with the collaboration of RDB Group, a major infrastructure player in the eastern and western India, the producer is back with a bang.

All the 10 projects have been resumed and are expected to be completed within a short period of time. Meanwhile, the audio of two films produced by Pyramid Saimira have been launched at the same time.

The films titled En Ippadi Mayankinai and Vaanam Patha Seemaiyilae saw its audio launch in the presence of Sivasakthi Pandian, secretary, Tamil Film Producers Council, Radha Ravi, secretary, South Indian Film Artistes Association and Sarathkumar, President of the association.

En Ippadi Mayakinai sees Richard, Gayathri, Vainavi, Santhanam and Suman Shetty in lead roles. Newcomer Lakshman Ramalingam is scoring music for En Ippadi Mayakinai. The other film Vaanam Patha Seemaiyilae directed by Jeppi Azhagar has Srikanth Deva scoring the music.

Speaking on the occasion, music director Srikanth Deva said, “So far, I had delivered fast beat peppy numbers, but with VPS (Vaanam Patha Seemaiyilae) I have proved of my adeptness in songs based on earthy and rural themes."
 

Ankitha's song sequence to pep up Tsunami 7x

The third schedule of Tsunami 7x directed by M.A. Choudary, produced by G. Madhukar and Srinivasbabu under V International banner, with Ankita in the lead role, will begin from September 9th. It will continue till September 20 at Vizag, Araku and its surrounding areas. Some key scenes of the talkie part and a song will be shot there. The director and producers said, "As the story demands it, we are going to shoot the scenes in Vizag and Araku Valley......

Bhumika bags overseas rights

With many Telugu films gaining demand overseas, it has become a trend today in Telugu film industry that more and more artistes and directors are eyeing the overseas screening rights of their own films. Earlier, actor Raja, hero of Mr. Medhavi, bagged the overseas rights by paying Rs. 70 lakhs and Sekhar Kammula bought the overseas rights for Ashta Chemma from Mohanakrishna Indraganti. Now, sources say that Bhumika has bagged the overseas screening rights of upcoming Telugu flick Mallepoovu, scheduled.....
