Prithviraj and Priyamani are coming together in a new film titled Pudhiya Mugham. The pair is seen again after their recent flop Ninaithale Inikkum. The movie is the remake of the Malayalam flick Puthiya Mugham, which had Prithviraj and Meera Nandan in the lead.

In Puthiya Mugham, as per the script, Priyamani and Bala are engaged and they study in the same college with Prithiviraj. Bala doubts whether Priyamani is in love with Prithviraj. Who does Priyamani end up with is the climax. Deepan will direct Puthiya Mugham and Deepak Dev will score music for the movie.
