Veteran filmmaker Mani Ratnam has replaced his Raavan cameraman Manikandan from the next schedule that"s starting from June 3 in Pollachi.

According to sources, ace cinematographer Santosh Sivan is almost certain to be the replacement. Manikandan was finding it difficult to give continuous dates as he had committed for a film with Shahrukh Khan starting in June.

Mani Ratnam's film was supposed to be completed by the end of April, but was delayed due to various reasons, one of which was the director"s recent heart attack. So, Santosh Sivan will soon start working with Mani at the dense forest of Salakudi.

Great cinematography- signature style of Mani Ratnam, Senseless acting by Abhishek- its good Beera dies otherwise you would have killed him, u can’t stand him, Unrealistic Aishwariya- sob baby, confused character, Still wondering what was Govinda doing in the movie - some say he played modern Hanuman, but this jumping jack lived up to his name, “Chee Chee". U can easily ignore this movie...That’s my take on Raavan
