Till 2005, actor Sundar C was not even had a thought of acting in films, that too in other's direction. But now he is one of the hottest second run commercial heroes of Tamil Cinema. All his three films Thalainagaram (his debut film), Veerappu and the recently released Sandai are taken in moderate budget but become super hits and made its distributors to count the collection with smiling faces.

Now Sundar is having nearly 7 new projects in hand including the newly signed Shakthi Chidambaram film. At present, Sundar is trying to keep himself away from directorial ventures for some time and to continue as an action hero.

Perumal, Thee and his wife Khushboo's own production movie are expected to release this year for Sundar.
