Ace director Linguswamy has titled his forthcoming mega venture with Karthi and Nayantara as Paiya (Boy). The shooting of the film has been postponed several times due to the never ending shooting of Selvaragavan's Ayirathil Oruvan. Earlier Selva had promised Lingu that the film would be completed before Deepavali. But the shooting is still going on.
But on the other hand, Nayantara, the highest paid ever heroine, is ready for the shoot and her call sheet days as decided earlier, have started already!
The director has decided to launch the film in the first week of January 2009 and the same has been conveyed to Karthi too.
Lingusamy's home production Thirupathy Brothers is currently doing a couple of films including the Nadhiya starrer Pattalam and Lingu has decided to finish these projects before the start of Paiya.
