Ayngaran Films International officially announced Ajith-Nayantara starrer Aegan today. The corporate film house said in a press release, which circulated today to the media: 'ultimate star' Ajith and 'dream angel' Nayantara join again after their hit movie Billa-2007, for Ayngaran Internationals new venture Aegan, jointly produced by Karunamoorthy and Actor Arunpandiayan.
The film will be scripted and directed by Raju Sundaram, who choreographed for more than 1000 songs in his career as a dance master. S Ramakrishnan pens the dialogues for Aegan, who has already written for films like Sandakozhi, Baba and etc.
Veteran actors Suhasini Manirathnam, Jayaram, Suman, Nasser, M.S.Baskar and Sriman are also in the cast. Arinthum Ariyamalum fame Navdeep, one of the young heroes of the industry is also playing a crucial role in this movie.
Arjun Jana, one of the top cameramen in the Tamil, Hindi film industries, will crank camera for Aegan and Yuvan Shankar Raja, the composer, who scored for highest number of films in 2007, scores music for the film. Interestingly, Aegan is the back top back movie for Ajith-Nayantara and Yuvan!
Other technicians are Action: Stun Shiva, Art Direction: Milan, Production Supervisor: Sekar, Production Manager: Aruchamy, PRO: Diamond Babu. 15 days of Aegan shooting takes place in Hong Kong and the unit will be shooting later in songs in Australia, New Zealand and England. Ajith hopes that the film will give a new dimension in his action career.
