Rajini's daughter to launch Super Star TV

The latest news in Kollywood is the proposed launch of a TV channel from the Superstar Rajinikanth's family. Yes... Rajinikanth and his younger daughter Soundarya, a graphic designer by profession and the owner of Ocher studios are reportedly planning to start a global television channel. The channel is tentatively named "Superstar TV". At present, Soundarya is engaged with her much expected project Sultan-The Warrior an animated film based on Rajinikanth. The film will be hit screens worldwide shortly. But her pet project is to launch a TV Channel with global viewership like National Geographic or Discovery.

According to the sources, Rajini had expressed his objection to the launch of the channel but later said that she could go ahead with it. Sources revealed that Soundarya is firm to launch of Superstar TV and vows to make it different from the existing channels on air. When asked about the Channel, Soundarya politely refused to say anything about this at this stage.

The one day token fast by the Nadigar Sangam to show their solidarity towards Srilankan Tamils was held in the Sangam's premises in Chennai on the 1st of November .

A grand dais was erected at the Nadigar Sangam premises in which actors and actresses led by Sarath Kumar gathered.

Rajinikanth to win, if he joins politics!

Superstar Rajinikanth is to meet his fans in his Ragavendira Kalyana Mandapam on Monday.

Thousands of fans from all over 32 districts have already assembled inside the Mandapam from early morning itself. For each district 10 office bearers are allowed to meet the superstar amidst tight security.

Sources close to Rajinikanth said that the super star would explain his stand regarding his political entry to the fans during the meeting. Though his political entry won't take place immediately, he has agreed.....

This is the question raised by hundreds of hardcore fans of Superstar Rajini in an urgent meet arranged by the office bearers of Chennai and fan clubs of other districts.

Though Sathyanarayana requests the fans not to convene any such meet, more than a hundred fan club functionaries assembled today in front of Valluvar Kottam to discuss about their future plans.

The fans association from some districts, including Madurai, Tiruvallur, Tiruchi, Theni, Villupuram and Kancheepuram also attended the meet today to discuss.....
