Well known fashion designer Erum Ali of Chennai has given a new look to Reema Sen for her role in Selvaragavan's much awaited film Aayirathil Oruvan.
Reema is playing the lead role against Paruthi Veeran Karthi and the shooting of the film started in Chennai last week.
After Selvaragavan felt that a fresh look for the heroine is needed for his film, Reema accepted to go for a makeover with the help of Erum Ali. After a week, Reema's winning looks and style has simply bowled over the unit and it is said that even Selva appreciated the spirit of the actress. The designer, deft at his art, has given her a complete makeover in looks and chic clothes which will make everyone appreciate the beauty of the actress.
The film is a period- cum- action filled thriller, and the female lead has the all-important role in the script as told by the director at the launch of the movie. After realising the importance of the character, the actress gave bulk dates to the director even without asking for her payment. A visibly excited Reema said, "This will be a once in a life time role. I realise the importance of my role, and how Selva has reposed his faith on me. Definitely I will do justice to my role…"
Ramji is handling the camera for the first time for Selva, and Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing six songs for the movie. The director has said that the film will be released for Pongal.
