Thollaipesi Movie is based on the story of Vedha (Vikramadhitya), a playboy even after entering into marital vows with Anitha (Priyanka) and continues to an illegal relationship with Aarthi (Aarthi). His wife came to know about his relation. He turns away from all his blunders and concedes to his wife for the things made up in the past. But she further gives him shock by sending divorce notice.
