Thirutham movie is about a playboy (Hari Kumar) who marries around 5 woman and elopes on the very next day with their jewels and valuable belongings. At some extent he gets trapped by the police and it is at this point of time a doctor (Nasser) for whom Hari Kumar was working as a driver gets into the scene and reveals the dark past history of Hari.
