Manmadhan Ambu (U)

I expected so much from veteran actor kamal. After unnai pol oruvan, his stellar acting reminded me of why he is the best actor in India. But this movie doesnt do him or his talents any justice. The storyline was dull and the second half of the movie was ridiculous it actually pissed me off. The shocking lack of chemistry between Trisha ( who by the way looks wayyyyy too young for him) was ridiculous. I couldnt even understand how or when they fell in love. Maddy and Sangeetha were alright i guess but them randomly falling in love at the end was really stupid. The two kurup characters and the kids were annoying. The crisp cinematography was appealing, as were the beautiful scenes of france and spain. The song in reverse sequence was nice. All in all, this movie was a whole lot of flash and very very little substance.

I have watched this movie in australia and thought it will be a good movie as you know the combination of KSR and Kamal.ThE theme of a first half is very nice and after the interval it became worst and i had a headache.I really dont understand that kamal or KSR couldnt even predict the other half is a piece of crap.I think this movie was all about this cast and crews travelled in the luxury cruise and wasted Udayanidhi Stalin money.It is a bloody shame the person who was on the cinema more than 50 years couldnt feel the pulse of the audience.Dont go and watch and waste the money.If you are really curious watch in the internet.
