With Vijay’s Sura fast on the completion of first schedule, he has signed deal with Jeyam Raja for a film to be produced by Aascar Ravichandran. Recently, there was a buzz that Raja would be preferably remaking Bommarillu Bhaskar’s forthcoming Telugu film Orange (Ram Charan Teja and Genelia in lead roles).
But now filmmaker Raja has put forward his statement that it’s a baseless rumour. Says Raja: “My next film with Vijay will be a direct film and I have no plans about remake.”
Adding more about Vijay’s film, he assures that the script has the right mix of commercial ingredients- action, comedy, sentiments and romance. Right now, Jeyam Raja is busy shooting for Thillalangadi remake of Telugu movie Kick. The film features Jeyam Ravi, Shaam and Tamanna in lead roles with Yuvan Shankar Raja scoring music.
