London (ANI): Singer Susan Boyle is determined to be a part of Britain's Got Talent tour and has told bosses, 'Get me on the stage'. The Scottish singing sensation, who was admitted to London's Priory clinic following reports that she suffered emotional breakdown because of her defeat in the show's final, has bounced back.

She is taking rest at home in Scotland but is desperate to be on the tour, which starts in Birmingham on Friday. Boss Simon Cowell has secured her a slot and tour insiders say she is 'highly likely' to perform. However, the music mogul has said that she can pull out at any time if she feels under too much pressure.

"Susan has recovered and is feeling on top of the world," the Sun quoted a show source as saying. "She's staying with a friend back home, surrounded by loved ones and her beloved cat Pebbles. As the first date is just days away, everyone wants to be sure that she is 100 per cent mentally fit for it," the source added.

It doesn't seem fair that Susan can decide which performances she wants to do. Audiences who paid the same fees and want to hear her are being forced to accept total unpredictability. I was a fan in the beginning, but each new episode reveals an image I respect less and less. The impromptu strip tease and hip grinding were painful to watch. For those who claim that reported tantrums and explosions of temper are due to the pressure of the press, from my perch it seems like she loves the attention, prancing around for cameras, planting kisses, and striking silly poses. If she wants to be taken more seriously than today's momentary flash, she needs to increase the professionalism, consistency and cooperation with required performances. Is she an innocent disabled victim, not strong enough for any tour, or is she a diva who demands continual special recognition? Time will tell. But I don't want to pay money to see a performer who may or may not melt down backstage, and decide to withdraw from the program. Susan needs to listen to guidance about acting more professionally. Otherwise future organizers won't want to make themselves vulnerable to the weather-vane quality of her art.
