It's reported that pop singer Rihanna is demanding her beau Chris Brown to issue public apology for his alleged attack on her in February, even after their recent commitment ceremony. According to the sources, they will appear on The Oprah Winfrey Show where he is asked to issue apology.

Sources claim that she feels that Chris should publicly denounce his behavior. The world should know that he feels sorry for his alleged attack on her. And this will help her make up her mind. However, he has said no to do so. He will consult his mom about the issue and then let her know about it.

It was earlier reported that Talk show queen Oprah Winfrey had warned Rihanna against reconciling with Chris Brown. She said, "If a man hits you once, he will hit you again. He will hit you again." Despite her advice she had reconciled with Chris.

However, Brown was charged with two felony charges following his bust-up with Rihanna in Feb 09.
