Washington (ANI): A 24-year-old man who claims to be Michael Jackson's lovechild is going back to court in the hope of getting a slice of the singer"s fortune, even though he was already turned down by officials in charge of MJ"s estate.

Two months after the King of Pop's death, Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson submitted a California birth certificate listing Michael Joseph Jackson as his father in August (09) in a bid to prove he's the singer's offspring, reports Contactmusic. Officials in charge of Jackson's estate turned down his bid, but Prince Michael, who shares the same name as Jackson's son with Debbie Rowe, is still determined to lay claim to his share of the star's fortune.

TMZ.com reports that he has filed "objections of rejection" paperwork in Los Angeles County Superior Court, asking a judge to determine that he is "the biological son of decedent Michael Joseph Jackson." Prince Michael claims he should be get "whatever benefits he is entitled to" as the 'Thriller" hitmaker"s son.

It could be true, all the family have to do is get DNA to prove he not MJ son. In my believe I think he is. Maybe MJ didn't want to tell his mother about the baby. It would have been embrassment to Katherine if he told and got out in ''THE PRESS'' remember MJ was a devoted jev witness.

Oh give me a break! The guy claiming to be Michael's "lovechild" is some 24 year old nobody looking to shake the Jackson estate down for a few shekels. His mama was probably a crazy, obsessed Billie Jean a few french fries short of a happy meal, who was so infatuated with Michael that she placed his name on the birth certificiate. I don't believe for one second he is the son of Michael Jackson. Just cuz his name is "Prince Michael" don't mean jack. For all we know, he could have legally changed his name to make it that way, then had his birth certificate altered as well. Just another scrub looking for a handout.
