Diana Ross not willing to take MJ's kids custody

Washington (ANI): American singer/actress Diana Ross isn't too glad to be named as the secondary caregiver in Michael Jackson's will, it has emerged. The late King of Pop specified that he wanted Ross to be given the custody of his three children, should his mother Katherine be unable to look after the kids.

However, according to the sources, Ross' 20-year-son Evan and his girlfriend were overheard saying that she had "no idea" Jackson had named her in the will. And they are said to have told friends at Diddy's Fourth of July White Party that Diana wasn't too thrilled about being put in such a position of responsibility.

Diana and Jackson have shared a very special relationship dating back to his childhood years.

diana,i will advise u to go with the kids if u will b allowed to,cos the father (late micheal) trusted u so much hence do not fail him.cos even if his is dead his still lives.just think abt it or ask ur self this question!y u of all the numerious friends n families, he choose u? that makes u a hero n brings out the real woman in u.even me, "diana" i love evry thing about u n ur music.pls suprise the world with this challenge n win the troph.i knw u can do it.

A swat on the butt??!! Whose version of the truth are you buying -- Joe Jackson's?? He beat those boys, and his wife let it happen. 50s, 70s, 90s, whatever - domestic abuse is abuse and should not be tolerated.

this is bs!! she sent a note at the memorial she would take the kids if they need her. So this is bogus. She may not have been thrilled...who would be a t 65 with the prospect of 12 year olds down....She'll be in her 80's when they've all grown up. Not a pretty picture..I'd say..but with Katherine..she most likely will be dead when they've grown up since she'll b e almost 100

Katherine Jackson was an excellent mother. People back in the 50s didn't view a child getting spanked as abuse. I'm a child of the 70s and I don't consider a normal spanking abuse. I consider abuse to be beating a child with your fists or clubbing it over the head or something. But a common sense swat on the butt is nothing. I think it made the Jacksons more successful than most of us. As for this article, I've seen this bs about Diana Ross before. I haven't seen her say it, so it's just hear say. At the funeral, Smokey Robinson actually read a statement from Diana Ross saying if the kids need her, she'll be there. Right now, Katherine is first choice. Either way, I hope Rowe is out. I'm tired of her and her hand being out all the time. She's nothing.

I hope the courts decide for Katherine with stipulations against Joe Jackson having any contact. Debbie Rowe just wants to cash in. An honest judge would force Rowe to put EVERY penny she gets from the Jacksons into a trust find to go to the children. She only had them to make money and has the maternal instinct of a corpse.

I hope the courts decides to let MJs mom have the children. Please Debbie do whats best for them. I wish everybody would just leave this (what I think was larger than life) human being alone. Let him please! please! please! rest in peace. Nasty terrible people has already destroyed him, all the nasty things that was said about this loving man, you! should be ashamed!!!! i love you Michael. RIP.
