Paula Abdul will be back on American Idol: Cowell

Washington (ANI): Music mogul Simon Cowell has revealed that he is certain that co-judge Paula Abdul will be making an appearance on American Idol next season, despite there being word that she might not.

Cowell, 49, says that he is not worried and that even though he has no say in Abdul, 47, making it back to the show, he definitely wants her to be on it.

"She'll be fine. She'll be on the show," Us magazine quoted him as telling Extra. "I don't get a lot of say. I've just made it clear that I want Paula on the show," he added.

i hope she is on next year but she should get more pay like simon without them both the show won,t last

i hope that she is on next season. the new judge is not worth being on next season. im not sure if i could watch next season with paula.

Paula is part of the success of the show - love or hate her - the show will not be good without her. I don't even like the new judge. They should get rid of her not Paula

Paula Abdul is amazing, if its money she wants they should give it to her. She deserves it, she is a very big and important part of the show whether you want to admit it or not, its the truth

If anyone else showed up to their job noticeably under the influence, they would be fired. I found it very hard to explain to my ten year old why she would be slurring her words and making no sense. I do love Paula, but think it is very inappropriate for her to be on the show when she is obviously under the influence of something.

Paula is not that bright. The show would be so so much better if she was not there. She cannot put any thoughts together, therefore, good riddens Paula

Beth - I don't think that it is so much about the "high salary demands," I believe that it's more about the fact that Rayan Seacrest is making MOUNTAINS more $$$ than she - and he's just the host. I think she has cause to be a little annoyed.
