And to celebrate the occasion, owners of the sole resort on Dubai's extraordinary Palm Jumeirah manmade island are throwing a16 million one-night bash.
They have roped in Kylie Minogue to perform in front of 2,000 A-list guests, and it is believed that her performance is among the best paid in entertainment history. Kylie's gig will be a highlight ate the event, which also includes a colossal firework display costing another 3 million pounds, reports The Courier Mail.
