London (ANI): Singer Lily Allen has likened Madonna's estranged hubby Guy Ritchie, who 'bagged' 150 million pounds in the couple's divorce settlement, to former model Heather Mills The English TV presenter, compared the Brit director to Mills who was publicly criticized for taking away 25.4 million pounds from Sir Paul McCartney's fortune when the duo split.
"I can't help but wonder why the press haven't attacked Guy Ritchie for walking away with 150million quid of Madonna's," the Daily Star quoted her as writing on her blog. "It was a very different story recently with Heather Mills. It's like one rule for one person and a different rule for another," she added.
By saying so, the 23-year-old songwriter has incurred the wrath of guy's buddy who defended his pal from the 'money-grabber' allegations. He said: "I don't know why she's chosen to get involved. If she reckons Guy is some kind of money grabber she's barking up the wrong tree - or maybe just barking mad.
"He married Madonna because he loved her. Guy didn't want her money. The only aspect of their divorce that's been complicated has been access to the children. They have grown apart - as can happen."
