Rahman's CWG theme song is more peppier now

Finally, the Common Wealth Games theme song 'oh yaaro, yeh India bula liya' has met the expectations of the public. Lyricist Prasoon Joshi has shortened and tightened the lyrics, giving a peppy touch to the A. R. Rahman composition. The lyricist explained that Rahman always tries to improve his work and he has done the same to the theme song too. He says that Rahman has added more layers to the song and has given some folk touch.

The previous composition of A. R. Rahman failed to impress the sports lovers in India. The song faced a lot of criticism than appreciations. The Sports Minister M.S. Gill revealed the dissatisfaction of the Group Of Ministers (GoM) on the theme song.

The music maestro A. R. Rahman unveiled the theme song on September 11. It was both composed and sung by him. It took six months for him to complete the number and the composer is paid Rs. 5 crores for his composition.

But the launch of the song got postponed to October because the GoM wanted Rahman to modify his composition by making it more peppy. We just hope that Rahman's improved version of the theme song impresses the sports lovers in India.

The video of the revised CWG theme song will release within a week. The video will feature sports stars and India achievement in sports.

Maestro a.r.rahman(shakthiman of music) enthralls, entrance, enchants, enamours, encaptivates, entertains, enwitches once again with his sensational heart-beat and his o yaroon cannot be replaced better than this by any music genius in the world,as a fan-soul of rahman i bet you... hats of to sensational, patriotic, devotional A.R.rahman the shakthiman of music.

I listened to the song. It is an ok song. It does not reach any kind of crescendo, it does not elevate, doe not appeal much. The begginning is quite silly. Oh Yaaaaaro. Instead of whipping up energy and enthusiasm, it goes on grating - Jiyo, Utho...." like mommy waking you up early again - when you don't wan to!

Oscar Awardee-Shri AR Rahman Sahebjee is a unique personality in the songs field and an unparallell singer and composer with no equals in the present and future years.Though, I have no access for listening to his CWG singing,I have all confidence that he would prove worthy of his name and fame in this aspect.Having strived for six long months,I am sure he would exert tremendous energies to give a final touch to the CWG Song much to the expectations of every citizen of India,as he believes in...
